Intentional, customized and organization-wide diversity and inclusion philosophies and strategies that embed DEI into the whole business
DEI audits of your organization’s processes, policies and working norms
Strategies for inclusive talent sourcing and attraction
Building mentorship and community through ERG creation and committee engagements
Assistance with external DEI commitments such as community donation frameworks and partnerships
Training leaders on inclusive management
1:1 coaching and advisory for leaders on inclusion matters and challenges
We’re ready for organizations that are keen to disrupt corporate DEI norms and build something impactful.
Get startedWe don’t take an one-size-fits-all approach, but customize our work around your particular organization and goals. We value equity over equality, real change over marketing and DEI buzzwords, and take an approach of listening and learning first. We’re inspired by Indigenous perspectives and theories of decolonized work, and incorporate these into our inclusion consulting practice.
Not anymore. Though in the past we offered introductory diversity and inclusion training, including sessions on bias and basic inclusion definitions, we have discontinued this service. Basic DEI information is widely available online, and we want to focus on helping you take the next step and apply it meaningfully. We are happy to recommend free online resources to learn the basics.
Yes! Our HR and compensation consulting offerings are already designed to be inclusive, and are vetted and reviewed against standards and best practices set by our DEI team.
